Mr. Abhav Rajit Nair
Currently the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the International Matrix Foundation, Abhav R. Nair is an Engineering student at Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology, Kerala, India, known for his transformative leadership and critical thinking. A seasoned Model United Nations (MUN) professional, Abhav has earned a stellar reputation as a dynamic delegate and an exceptional Chair, renowned for his semi-formal yet authoritative demeanor.
With accolades at national and international levels, he is celebrated for his ability to challenge norms and redefine agendas, particularly in roles representing the United States and Brazil. Beyond MUNs, Abhav is the founder of the International Matrix Foundation and a driving force behind futuristic initiatives, seamlessly blending diplomacy, technology, and creative problem-solving.

Mr. Rakshit Kapoor
He is a Graduate of the esteemed Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College, University of Delhi and is now a Post Grad student at the renowned University of Galway, Ireland, pursuing Msc. Global Environment Economics.
He has a flair for diplomacy and has done more than half a ton of Conferences around the globe.
He has brought with him not only a passion for diplomatic discourse but also the enthusiasm to further the IMF's goals for making it a global montage.
He has not only represented his nation in the MUNing world but also in the world of Languages and Sports, wherein he represented India in Germany on a month long language scholarship in 2018 and won the Silver medal for India at the 4th India Open Taekwondo Championship in 2019.
He is also a Published Author, with his novella titled "The Story of Us" available across the globe on Kindle and Amazon E-Books.
Rakshit Kapoor, was also accredited by the UNHCR, in 2023 for actively participating in the UNHCR's Global MUN Refugee Challenge aimed at empowering young leaders to provide solutions to the pertinent Refugee Crisis following the Conflicts in Easter Europe and the Middle East

Ms. Aleena C. Darvin
She is a second-year Computer Science Engineering student at LBSITW. In addition to her role as Chief Knowledge Officer at IMF, she serves as the Joint Secretary of IEEE SB LBSITW and the GDG Outreach Lead at LBSITW, where she strives to encourage innovation and nurture teamwork within the tech community.
She's also a part-time English tutor, helping students refine their language skills, and a dedicated model who enjoys expressing creativity through fashion and art. With a strong commitment to leadership, knowledge-sharing ,volunteering and personal growth, she's thrilled to bring her diverse experiences and enthusiasm to this role and contribute to IMF’s success.
